To most of us, the "psychic plane" is a comprehensible as color is to a person born blind. Those who are psychically sensitive, however, can perceive the contents of this dimension, which describe fundamental properties of matter. They can also manipulate psychic energy (sometimes called ch'i) to alter those properties. Many people do this, unknowingly, at the quantum level; with training the results can be dramatic: Viewed through conventional space-time, they may even seem to violate the laws of physics, but that is an illusion generated by inadequate perceptions. |
